Delete your Quiet Balance account
Account deletion is permanent. It does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Delete in the app
- Open Quiet Balance and tap You.
- Open Account & sync.
- Choose Delete cloud account and confirm.
Request help by email
If you cannot access the app, email quiet.balance@atomicmail.io from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Your authentication account and email association, linked profile, subscription mirror, cloud snapshot, AI usage rows and linked analytics rows are deleted. Local device data is removed separately in You → Privacy & data → Delete all local data, by clearing app storage or by uninstalling.
Store transaction records and subscriptions remain with Apple or Google under their rules and legal obligations. Cancel billing separately in store subscription settings.
